This page explains how we handle personal information, the terms for using our websites, our medical and mental-health disclaimer, and the terms that apply to purchases.
This website provides information about Harold Tsiamis. The Pattern Interrupt Protocol assessment and products are coming soon. The assessment, marketing signup and purchases are not currently available through this website. The assessment and product provisions below apply when those services become available.
Strategic Sales & Consulting Pty Ltd as trustee for The Tsiamis Family Trust operates https://www.haroldtsiamis.com/ and https://www.patterninterruptprotocol.com/. In the sections below, "we", "us" and "our" mean the company acting in that trustee capacity.

For the current informational website, we handle technical information associated with visits and the contact details and information you provide when sending an enquiry or feedback. We use enquiry information to respond, manage correspondence and meet legal obligations. Sending an enquiry is not by itself permission for promotional emails.
When the assessment and paid services become available, we will also collect your first name and email address, selected assessment answers and calculated result, records linking your assessment to your contact details, customer preferences, purchase and transaction records, and information needed to provide support.
For those future services, we will use the relevant information to provide your result, deliver the correct products, manage purchases, answer enquiries, handle refunds and complaints, keep necessary records and meet legal obligations. Where we have the required permission, we may also send relevant education and product offers.
Checkout and product-access records can include billing/contact details, the product and amount purchased, payment status and references, and records needed to provide access. We use your result to provide the matching educational material, not to make a clinical diagnosis or determine your eligibility for employment, credit or insurance.
For an enquiry, we need sufficient information to understand it and a contact address if you want a reply. When the assessment or checkout becomes available, withholding its required details will prevent provision of the result or completion of the purchase through that process.
We use GoHighLevel for website hosting and customer records, LC Email for automated email services and Google Workspace for correspondence. Information may be held in both our customer records and email systems; these are not complete copies of each other. These providers handle information needed to provide their services.
We do not sell your personal information, rent customer lists or give them to other businesses for their unrelated marketing. We limit staff and contractor access to what is needed for their work. Information can also be disclosed where required or authorised by law, or reasonably necessary and lawful to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
Our providers can store, process or access information outside Australia, including in the United States and India. We take steps required by applicable law to protect information handled overseas. It can also be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of the country concerned.
For future purchases, the checkout will identify the payment provider before you pay. Payment providers handle payment credentials and may also use information for their own fraud-prevention and legal obligations under their privacy notices. We retain necessary order and transaction records. Do not send a full card number or security code by email.
When you request your assessment result, we also use your email address to send relevant behavioural-education emails and product offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe option or contacting [email protected]. We action requests within five working days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Unsubscribing does not cancel a purchase or remove product access. Necessary purchase and support messages will not be used to bypass your choice.
Our hosting services process technical information associated with visits, such as IP addresses, browser/device information, requests and error records. Cookies or similar storage may support website operation and security. Our hosting also uses Cloudflare for security and website performance monitoring, including a bot-protection cookie. Browser settings can help manage cookies, although blocking necessary cookies can affect website functions. Information is not necessarily anonymous simply because it lacks your name.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, embedded media or email open/click tracking, we will explain the information collected and its purposes and obtain consent where required before it operates. Accepting website terms is not consent to optional tracking.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online system guarantees complete security. We assess and address data breaches and make notifications required by law.
We keep information while it is needed for the purposes described here and applicable legal record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed and we are not legally required to retain it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Backup and recovery copies might remain for a period. Limited opt-out records can be retained lawfully to prevent renewed marketing.
You do not need to provide medical records or a diagnosis to complete the assessment. Please avoid sending unnecessary health information or other people's private details. We assess unsolicited sensitive information and handle it as required by applicable law.
We consider information held across our customer records and email systems when responding to deletion requests. We handle sensitive information with the additional protection and consent required by applicable law.
You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting [email protected] or writing to our address above. Tell us what information or issue your request concerns. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity, without routinely requiring identity documents. We do not charge for ordinary access or correction requests or for making a privacy complaint. We aim to respond within 30 days, or any shorter applicable legal timeframe. We explain any lawful refusal or need to retain information and the complaint options available.
If you are concerned about how we handled your information, contact us and explain what happened. We will investigate and respond in writing with the outcome and any steps we propose to address the issue. We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner where required by law, and will keep you informed if more time is needed. If you are not satisfied with our response, or have not received one within 30 days, you can ask the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at https://www.oaic.gov.au/ about complaint options and whether your matter falls within its jurisdiction. Another regulator might be available under applicable law.
Our intended markets include Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Mandatory privacy rights that apply to you continue to apply.
Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or use an authorised representative. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful beforehand. Contact [email protected] to exercise a right or ask about applicable overseas safeguards. We do not penalise you for exercising a protected privacy right. You may complain to the privacy regulator with jurisdiction, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office, Canada's relevant federal or provincial privacy regulator, New Zealand's Privacy Commissioner or the relevant US state authority where applicable.
Where UK data-protection law applies, we use information as necessary to provide the result or product you request, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in securing our systems, answering enquiries and protecting legal rights, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. We rely on consent where required, including for promotional emails and optional tracking where consent is required. These bases do not permit unrelated uses or override electronic-marketing rules.
Our assessment and products are for adults aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove information that we have no lawful reason to retain.
We update this policy when practices or requirements change. Where a separate notice or consent is required, we provide it. An updated policy does not itself permit an unrelated new use of your information.
These terms apply to use of our websites and their public content. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Reading this page does not itself give consent to optional marketing or tracking. The separate purchase terms apply when products become available to buy.
By using a website after these terms have been made reasonably available to you, you agree to the applicable Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using it. These terms do not remove rights that apply under mandatory law.
You must be aged 18 or over to complete the assessment or buy or use our products. Our material is intended for adults, not children.
We own or license the website content and product materials. You can view public content and use materials made available to you for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You can download or print resources where the product or website makes that option available.
This permission does not transfer ownership. Unless we give written permission or the law permits it, you must not reproduce, distribute, resell or publish our materials, share paid access with others, or use them to provide your own training or commercial service. Keep copyright and other ownership notices intact.

The logo and website imagery were developed under Harold Tsiamis' design direction, including AI-assisted production where applicable. No permission to reuse these images is granted by their appearance on this website. Express written permission is required before reuse.
To request permission, email [email protected] with the image, intended use and where it will appear. Please wait for written approval before using it.
Provide accurate details needed to use the website or access a purchase, and let us know if your contact details change so you can receive access instructions and important purchase or service messages. These messages are separate from optional marketing. Keep any login credentials secure. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You must not misuse the websites, interfere with their operation, introduce malicious software, try to access another person's account, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use our services to harass or threaten anyone.
We can take reasonable, proportionate steps to protect users, content and systems where there is a genuine security risk or material breach. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow it to be addressed before restricting access. Urgent protective action can be taken where necessary. Any effect on a paid purchase remains subject to applicable consumer rights.
We aim to keep our websites working and their information accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be prevented. Contact us about an error or access problem so we can investigate. Problems affecting a paid product are addressed under its purchase terms and applicable consumer law.
Links to other websites are provided where relevant. We do not control those websites or their information-handling practices. Check their own terms and privacy information before using them.
The Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer explains the purpose and limits of our material. It does not excuse us from delivering what we promise or meeting legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant agreement was made. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
We can update these website-use terms and show the update date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Where notice or agreement is legally required, we will provide or obtain it.
These terms are governed by Queensland law, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. The Queensland courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not prevent you using a court, tribunal or complaint route available under mandatory law. Contact us first if you would like us to investigate a concern. This does not restrict access to urgent or statutory remedies.
We operate from Queensland, Australia and welcome international participants. Overseas use does not transfer our privacy, marketing or consumer-law obligations to you or exclude mandatory protections that otherwise apply to you.
Harold Tsiamis's websites and Pattern Interrupt Protocol products provide self-paced behavioural education. They help you recognise recurring pressure-driven behaviour, understand it and learn practical ways to respond differently, according to the purpose of the product you choose.
They do not provide coaching, therapy, counselling, medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, treatment or crisis support. An assessment result describes an educational Pressure Pattern based on your responses. It is not a clinical finding or a diagnosis.
Our material is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.
Our material is not a substitute for appropriate professional care. If you need help with a medical or mental-health concern, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Do not use our material as a reason to delay that care, stop treatment or disregard professional advice.
Completing an assessment, buying or using a product, or contacting our team does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client or other clinical relationship. Product support does not provide personalised medical or mental-health advice.
Our products and support channels are not crisis or emergency services. If you need urgent assistance, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service where you are rather than relying on our products or waiting for a reply from us.
We explain what each product teaches and provides, but we do not promise a particular personal outcome or guarantee that a behaviour will change. Your circumstances and how you use and practise the material affect what you take from it. Examples and individual experiences are not promises that you will get the same result.
Choose how to apply the material to your circumstances. Our products are not designed to make medical, treatment or safety decisions for you.
These scope statements do not exclude, restrict or replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Any voluntary product refund promise is additional to those rights and is set out separately below.
These prospective terms cover the planned Pressure Pattern Briefing and The Catch Point. Pattern Interrupt Protocol and The Conditioning Code are not currently offered for purchase. The applicable terms and product details will be available before any purchase.
The offer and checkout identify the product, what it includes, the amount and currency payable, payment arrangements, delivery and access terms, and the applicable voluntary refund or guarantee. Read these together with the terms below before paying. An additional product requires its own purchase decision.
Any product-specific terms must be made available before you buy. They cannot remove applicable statutory rights. We will confirm a completed purchase. You receive the products you buy; declining a later offer does not change an earlier purchase or its delivery.
The Pressure Pattern Briefing and The Catch Point are separate one-time purchases. Neither is a recurring subscription. Clicking a link to learn about another product is not permission to charge you for it. Each additional purchase requires your express authorisation. The checkout shows the payment methods available and the total payable before you authorise payment. Your order confirmation records the product, payment and access instructions. Contact [email protected] if it does not arrive or access does not work.
The amount and currency payable are shown before purchase. Prices include Australian GST where applicable. Qualifying exports can be Australian GST-free. Any other tax that we are required to collect must be disclosed before payment. If your payment provider converts the currency or charges you its own fee, those arrangements are between you and that provider.
Products are delivered digitally for individual, self-paced use. The product offer and confirmation explain how and when access is provided. Where optional later offers are presented before delivery, you can decline them and continue to the products already purchased.
Access to the Pressure Pattern Briefing and The Catch Point is open-ended, with no fixed expiry or renewal fee. This is not a separate guarantee that a particular hosting service or file format will operate forever. Any material access problem remains subject to our delivery commitments and applicable consumer rights; this statement does not give us an unrestricted right to withdraw paid access.
Paid materials are for your personal learning under the licence described in the Website Terms of Use. Login credentials must not be shared. Downloaded files can be kept for your own permitted use, subject to the refund provisions below.
Our products and services are subject to consumer guarantees and other mandatory rights where applicable. A voluntary refund period does not limit the time in which you can exercise statutory rights. If a product is not supplied as promised or fails an applicable consumer guarantee, contact us so we can address the issue and provide the remedy required by law.
There is no blanket rule that digital delivery removes refund rights. The appropriate remedy depends on the problem and applicable law. Mandatory rights available to an international customer also remain intact.
The assessment is free. No paid-product refund period applies to completing it. Its educational scope and information handling are explained in the relevant sections above.
The Pressure Pattern Briefing has a seven-day money-back guarantee from completed purchase, additional to applicable statutory rights. If you are unhappy with the product, email your refund request within those seven days using the procedure below. There is no viewing, exercise or completion requirement.
The Catch Point has the same seven-day money-back guarantee from completed purchase, additional to applicable statutory rights. If you are unhappy with the product, email your refund request within those seven days using the procedure below. You do not need to view the material, complete exercises or finish the product to qualify. For either product, opening, using or completing the material later does not restart or extend the voluntary refund period.
For purchase enquiries, contact [email protected]. For refund requests, contact [email protected].
For the voluntary seven-day guarantee, email your request before the period expires. Include the purchaser's name, purchase email, product and reasonable proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, transaction reference or a redacted card statement. An original receipt is not the only acceptable evidence. Attach available proof without sending a full card number or card security code. If we need clarification to locate the transaction, a timely request does not become late merely because we resolve that clarification afterwards.
We aim to process an eligible refund within five business days after we can identify the purchase and confirm the request qualifies. We will tell you if there is an unusual delay. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. After we initiate a card refund, the bank or payment provider may take further time to display it; Stripe indicates approximately five to ten business days, depending on the bank. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed bank posting date, and does not extend any shorter remedy deadline required by law.
Downloaded digital files cannot physically be returned. Downloading a file does not disqualify you from a refund. Once a purchase is refunded, the licence for the refunded product ends: stop using or sharing its materials and delete downloaded copies where reasonably possible. If access is provided through a membership or course portal, we revoke that product's access once the refund is processed. Other products you purchased are unaffected.
The seven-day deadline applies to our voluntary promise, not to statutory claims. We will not impose voluntary-guarantee conditions or digital-return requirements on a statutory claim where the law does not permit them. Tell us about a product or delivery problem even if the voluntary period has ended so we can assess the remedy required by law.
